Stolen Plated Denarius of Claudius

A plated denarius of Claudius was stolen from David Miller at the London Coin Fair on Saturday 11 February.

Claudius AR plated Denarius. Laureate head of Claudius right. PACI AVGVSTAE Pax advancing right holding torch. Found at Wortham, Suffolk as part of a hoard. Illustrated Time Line Auction 30th November 2011, Lot 96 (this piece).
